Epictable operates as a professional flower delivery service throughout Azerbaijan, with our primary operations center located at 40 Nizami Street, Sumqayıt 5000. When you place an order with us, you're entering into a service agreement that we take seriously.
Our delivery commitments are based on realistic timeframes and local conditions. We work with trusted local florists and maintain quality standards, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery times during peak seasons or adverse weather conditions. Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays typically receive same-day processing, while weekend orders are handled on the next business day.
All floral arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. When requested flowers are unavailable, we substitute with comparable options while maintaining the arrangement's overall aesthetic and value.
Payment processing occurs through secure channels, and we maintain records of all transactions for customer protection. Refunds are handled case-by-case, typically within 5-7 business days for legitimate service issues. We believe in fair resolution when things don't go as planned.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information matters to us, and we handle it with care. We collect only what's necessary to fulfill your flower delivery orders – names, addresses, contact details, and payment information. This data helps us coordinate deliveries and communicate about your orders.
We don't share customer information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only exceptions are our trusted delivery partners who need recipient addresses to complete orders, and payment processors who handle transaction security. Both operate under strict confidentiality agreements.

While we strive for excellence in every delivery, certain factors remain beyond our direct control. Weather conditions, traffic situations, and recipient availability can affect delivery timing. We maintain communication with customers when delays occur and work to find alternative solutions.
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We cannot be held responsible for indirect consequences of delivery delays, though we certainly understand the disappointment when special moments don't go as planned. That's why we work hard to prevent issues before they happen.
For sensitive occasions like anniversaries or birthdays, we recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance to allow flexibility in our delivery scheduling.
Quality complaints about arrangements are taken seriously and investigated promptly. We work with our florist partners to maintain consistent standards, and we address legitimate quality concerns through replacements or appropriate compensation.
